Key Responsibilities
    Promote and sell Vodafone products and services, including mobile, broadband, devices, M-Vatu and digital solutions.
    Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships.
    Register customers and process activations, SIM replacements and service requests.
    Operate the assigned Vodafone Retail Container Kiosk in accordance with company procedures.
    Assist in the onboarding of M-Vatu merchants and agents.
    Process customer payments and M-Vatu transactions accurately.
    Maintain daily cash reconciliation, banking records and stock control.
    Ensure the kiosk is clean, secure and professionally presented.
    Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
    Promote Vodafone campaigns and community engagement activities.
    Comply with Vodafone policies, operational procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience
    Minimum Secondary School qualification.
    Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
    Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
    Experience in cash handling and stock management is desirable.
    Knowledge of telecommunications products and services or digital financial services is an advantage.
