The role involves identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, promoting products and services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Basic activities are important to follow on a day-to-day basis:
• Achieving daily and monthly sales target and report to immediate supervisor
• Building relationships with business partners and customers;
• Researching the market and related products;
• Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face to business partners;
• Stock and Cash management;
• Build retailers network;
• Market trend update;
Desired Skills and Experience
Competences:
1. Knowledge
• Secondary school graduates
• 2-3 Years’ experience in similar position
• Have basic knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel
• MUST Have a Valid Driver’s License
2. Skills
• Fluent English/French and Bislama
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work on a transversal way, understanding all the needs of the different entities
• Good planning and organizational ability
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
